Bangladeshi users tend to have plenty of reasonable questions about online betting platforms — how to get started, whether their money is safe, and where to turn if something goes wrong. This 98hi FAQ page was built exactly for that reason: to put all the answers in one place so you don't have to go searching around.
Getting started on 98hi is actually very simple. With your mobile number, Register, deposit ৳200 via bKash or Nagad and get started. A 100% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit. If you run into any issues, just ask in live chat — the support team is always ready to help.
Both options give you access to all of 98hi's core features. Casual players can get by just fine in the browser. But if you play regularly — especially live betting or jackpot slots — downloading the app is the way to go. It loads faster, supports push notifications, and lets you log in with your fingerprint.
A lot of people worry about KYC — but in practice, it's a simple, one-time process. Just take a photo of your National ID and send it to support. Verification is completed within 24 hours. After that, you can withdraw as many times as you like without going through KYC again. Your documents are kept completely secure and confidential — it's purely to protect your account.
There's always some kind of offer running on 98hi. The easiest way to stay on top of them is to keep push notifications enabled in the app. Logging in once a day also gets you a daily check-in bonus — most players overlook it, but the amount adds up to something worthwhile by the end of the month. Promotions Page Make it a habit to check at least once a week so you never miss an offer.
98hi believes an informed player has the best experience. That's why this FAQ page is updated regularly. If you can't find the answer to your question here, ask in live chat — and your question may well be added in the next update.
